Finding all FSes pointing to a given FS

Hi all,

this is probably a question for Marshall ;)

Is there any way to find all FSes that have a feature that points to a given 
FS? Low-Level CAS API maybe?

I want to implement a cascade-on-delete kind of functionality. When I remove a 
certain FS from the indexes, I want to update all other FSes that point to it 
and make sure they no longer point to it.
