Version of parent pom for update site

Hi,

uimaj-eclipse-update-site depends on a parent pom with version 2.6.0:

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/uima/uimaj/trunk/uimaj-eclipse-update-site/pom.xml

  <parent>
    <groupId>org.apache.uima</groupId>
    <artifactId>uimaj-parent</artifactId>
    <version>2.6.0</version>
    <relativePath />
  </parent>

Was there a reason for this?
