Add option for lazy tree creation in CAS Editor extensions. When inspecting
large CAS files, it is often not necessary to look at all annotations, but for
all annotations tree nodes are created. If there are really many annotations,
this takes a while. The nodes should only be created when the parent node is
expanded.
