Cancelling the vote. The JIRA report in both binary and source is for version 1.1.0 DUCC. Maven changes plugin used to generate JIRA report has (had?) a bug that limited report to 100 JIRAs. The workaround for 1.1.0 was to built the report manually and add it to the svn under src/main/jiras. I totally forgot to generate a new report for 2.0.0. What a maintenance nightmare! I will check if the new changes plugin has this fixed.
