Ruta: add option to process and reevaluate single documents in CDE.
It is annoying if one fixed some rules for a specific document in order that
this document fulfills the defined expectations, that one has to reprocess and
reevaluate all documents. There should be an option to process and evaluate
only the selected documents. Therefore, there needs to be an additonal field
for specifying the script that should be applied.
... also change the icon of the perspective, and apply some performance
improments for running the ruta constraints.
