An accidental commit
1633891 (commit message was "This was an accidental commit - pushed the wrong
button. I'll attempt to revert" never was reverted. Revert this change for
the lauinchers at least, because its preventing the launcher from finding the
uima-core jar in the Classpath UIMA_HOME/lib directory
