During development, the fields sizeOfReservation and sizeOfSlice in
org.apache.uima.ducc.transport.event.common.JdReservationBean changed from Long
to SizeBytes. This change occurred in Sept. of 2015 between Revsions 1702083
and 1702451. Some runtime DUCC history that was created using the former may
not be restorable.
