Yep, the problem is rather the reading because of the int sorting for the
index. I seem to remember that this was quite faster some time ago. For the xmi
deserializer, SVN told me that there is a new check method that takes a lot of
time (my mail from 3.11.2015).
Thanks for the hint with the unit test. I will take a look at it.
