When employing multiple windows/tabs to the same DUCC Web Server, if the mode {
manual, automatic } is changed in one then the others are affected, since the
value of the cookie changes, but the displays for the other windows/tabs are
not updated.
Fix is to insure each window/tab uses the cookie value to display its mode.
