ok, I see the messages now. (they were obscured by being buried in slew of other
noisy messages).

The main issue here is the change of a constant, Field FEATURE_FULL_NAME_SOFA
(Jira https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UIMA-4565 and
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UIMA-4698 )

It seems hardly worth bumping up the major version number, because it's likely
no one is using this.

I'll put in a temporary exclude.
