DuccHandler will now use lookup duccData.getReservation(Id) rather than
duccWorkMap(Type.Reservation, Id). The former finds both Reservations and
ManagedReservations while the latter only finds Reservations.
Further, based on the entity found, DuccHandler will employ cancel Reservation
or cancel ManagedReservation accordingly.
