Please try with the 2.2.0 RC as there have been some improvements to the
classloading in uimaFIT. In particular, the thread context classloader (if set)
should now be used throughout the code.
However, normally, I hit the problem of UIMA SDK not finding classes (because
it does not take into account the thread context classloader) while uimaFIT
does.
