The LICENSE file for the bin says jcl-over-slf4j-1.7.13.jar is under the Apache 2.0 license.
When I looked at the JAR I don't see any license info there. The website www.slf4j.org/license.html says the binaries are distributed under the MIT license. Where did you find this was under the Apache license? -Marshall
