AllInOne should be in the user jar and depend only on it, to match the
classpath isolation for JDs and JPs. No longer extend CliBase as the
AllInOneLauncher should do the parameter validation etc. Currently it needs
uima-ducc-common for helper functions to create the aggregate descriptor and
process the CR descriptor ... should use the classes in the user jar that the
JD uses.
