Note: resources/log4.xml previously used \${NodeName} which has now been
changed to \${DUCC_NODENAME}. Anyone with local modifications to this file
must make changes accordingly. The result of not doing so may be badly named
log files for WebServer and Agents and perhaps other daemons.
