If the sofa reference for a FS which is a subtype of AnnotationBase is added to
the index, an error is thrown saying the sofa is missing. Improve this by
adding some likely causes useful to users receiving this message to enable
tracking down the cause. A typical cause might be that the type system being
used for deserialization of a CAS differs from the one used for serialization
in that the FS when serialized was not a subtype of AnnotationBase.
