AllInOne serializes & deserializes the CAS to emulate the JD/JP communication,
but it's unnecessary use of the XmiSerializationSharedData object causes an
obscure RunTime exception: Error classifying FS type.
For some reason this works with UIMA 2.6.0 but not 2.8.1
