Install into Neon JEE showed no errors, but JCasGen won't run (gets class not
found).
Install into Neon (not JEE) shows it can't resolve
org.eclipse.emf.codegen.jmerge (needed for JCasGen) - msg in error log
Install into Kepler also can't resolve this.
