-extracted binary version
-installed on Ubuntu PowerLE machine
-configured system to support multiple users and enabled cgroups
-ran the DUCC sample applications
-ran java-viaducc and forced application swapping to test cgroup
functionality

Noticed that the current %CPU measurement for active processes is always=0.
Average %CPU values are correct. Since current CPU is a nice-to-have but
not essential feature am not rejecting the build.
