thanks for pointing that out. We will fix the links. You should be able to access the correct pages by replacing the version "2.3.1" by "current". For the CAS Editor, this would be: https://uima.apache.org/d/uimaj-current/tools.html#ugr.tools.ce The documentation for the tools: https://uima.apache.org/d/uimaj-current/tools.html The CAS Editor is a Eclipse plugin. It is installed using the update site: http://www.apache.org/dist/uima/eclipse-update-site/ (You might wanna consider to also install UIMA Ruta Workbench, which provides some additional useful views for the CAS Editor.) The other two are part of the downloadable archive of Apache UIMA, as far as I remember.
