My first guess would have been that the SVN commit messages might have been 
changed
in retrospect and that JIRA didn't pick that up - but in the cited case, this 
does
not appear to have happened.

The FishEye integration still seems to be configured in the project settings.

However, FishEye seems to have a somewhat blurred vision... many commits seem
to be missing here - things seem to have stopped in June 2016... not only for 
us...
