Add Junit test with service listeners using http instead of tcp. All HTTP
testing is currently done on the client side. This new test should deploy a
service and wait for more than 30 seconds which is a default keep alive wait
time the AMQ uses to discover dead endpoints.
With AMQ version 5.13.2 such setup causes WARN msgs in the broker's log. The
problem has been fixed in AMQ 5.14.0.
