Description:
Respect the Respect UimaContextHolder (since UIMA 2.9.0) if set and re-use its
resource manager instead of always creating a new one.
This change is required to avoid exceptions due to nested classloaders
(UIMA-5056) when uimaFIT is used to instantiated a UIMA component inside
another UIMA component.
