I have a system with 2K+ Analysis Engines so registering those on JMX incurrs a
memory overhead :-(
Also I have admin pages that list the JMX properties of the system and having
2k+ AEs there kills the whole thing. I thought maybe an enable/disable flag
would come in handy.
