I noticed while looking at recent jira UIMA-5198 that the pending uima-as release has already partially updated the official uima eclipse update site. This partial update was just to the content and artifact metadata, the plugins were not updated.
These files of course should not be updated until the release is approved. I'll put in a Jira for this. -Marshall
