Resolution: Fixed
I see the core uimaj project was already upgraded to Junit 4 back in a change
set 1758661 on 31 Aug 2016. I checked the build path in Eclipse, and it's
using junit 4. So I put this jira back into the 2.9.1 version and will mark it
resolved.
