The home page of UIMA website is stale, refresh it with current state of
affairs This includes relationships of UIMA/UIMA-AS/DUCC/uimaFIT/Ruta.
Also the bit about the OASIS spec is out of date because it says it hasn't yet
been done, is ongoing...
