On systems where cpu and cpuacct are symlinked to the same location, the
cgdelete command fais. Instead using cgdelete memory,cpu,cpuacct:path
use cgdelete memory,cpu:path.
Modify code determine if cpu and cpuacct are sym linked to the same dir and
adjust cgdelete command accordingly.
