any objections to moving uima v3

Hi,

I'm thinking of moving UIMA v3 in svn from branches/uimaj/experiment-v3-jcas to
trunk/uimaj-v3.

This isn't merging it with v2, but rather having it be a parallel effort (at
least for a while).

Any objections?
