Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: 2.9.0AS
Rebuilt uima-as eclipse update site and re-uploaded to artifacts.jar* and
contents.jar*. Looks like a mistake uploading same jar with different names.
After a new upload, I was able to install uima-as plugins from Apache
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/uima/eclipse-update-site/uima-as/
