The iteration order was slightly changed for otherwise equal feature structures to improve reproducibility. Before, if you had a lot of instances of FS (say a subtype of Annotation) with the same begin and end, and you removed one from the index, and later re-inserted it, it would go back in some arbitrary spot among the set of equal begin/end items. While this is "correct" (in that the order within comparator-equal items is not specified), if the index is iterated over, the order of the iteration could change due to this. The fix was to insure it was put back in the same sequence as before, so the iteration order (all other things being the same) would be constant.
