The v3-migration tool launcher in the examples project in the binary
distribution is incorrectly copied from the version in the v3-migration
project. It is assuming a maven project, while the example project in the
binary distribution is a plain eclipse project, so the classpath is set up
incorrectly. Fix and test on both windows and linux.
