Design and implement 3.0.0SDK eclipse update site, along these lines:
# do a new top-level composite site: eclipse-update-site-uv3. This will
contain subsites for versions of plugins dependent on uv3 of uimaj
# update the build to produce a subsite named uimaj-uv3 (was
uimaj-v3-pre-production)
