Reliable DUCC
* Support for multiple DUCC head nodes, one of which is the active master the
others are backups only, with takeover by new master activated by virtual IP
address switching though keepalived
* A switch mechanism that potentially is employed by keepalived to determine
the health of the set of Reliable DUCC head nodes in order to make the virtual
IP address assignment
* Autostart capability for head node and agent daemons, whereby administrator
intervention to issue start_ducc is unnecessary
