If a Job terminates before all work items have reached status "ended", ducc-mon
displays ever increasing times for Processing Time and Investment Time on the
Work Items tab.
The problem is that for non-"ended" work items, ducc-mon uses "now" as the
reference point. But in the case of a Completed Job, ducc-mon should use the
Job's completion time as the reference point.
