Description: Agent should stop running child process if it does not exist
in an incoming OR state. Such process should be considered rogue and agent
should kill it. (was: Modify RogueProcessDetector algorithm to use the
following logic:
if Process is running
AND
Process is NOT in an exclusion list
AND
Process is NOT in OR state
THAN
Process is rogue )
