When running in a sim mode, the Agent is given a virtual node IP and name. This
info is being provided to the pullservice during a launch in an environment.
When sending requests to JD, the pullservice passes on its identity which
currently is the real IP and name. Instead the pullservice should pass on IP
and Node name given by its agent.
