* update ducc_util.py to remove pw from DbAlive invocation, pass DUCC_HOME
instead
* update DbManager to provide re-usable method to grab DbUser and DbPassword,
based on DUCC_HOME parameter
* update DbAlive to remove parameters id+pw and add parameter ducc_home, and
employ same to get DbPassword from resources.private directory
