When DUCC runs w/o shared filesystem, WS may be unable to read boot files. In
that case, WS presently leaves the corresponding column blank (e.g. boot time)
when creating HTML for Daemons page. This confuses the HTML parser within
ducc_status.
Solution is for WS to put "-" a placeholder for empty columns in HTML for
Daemons page.
