Burn Lewis resolved UIMA-6109.

Resolution: Fixed
Changed log4j.xml to use the same appender for all classes putting the logs in
$DUCC_HOME/logs/<nodename>.<component>.log. Added user-log4j.xml for the JD &
JP which logs to the console for duccling to capture.
