coordinating uimaj work, renaming trunk -> master

Hi,

INFRA has removed (temporarily) branch protection so we can rename trunk to
master for uima-uimaj.

I plan to do that, but will wait for an "OK" from Richard, in case there's an
issue which I don't know about :-).
