Hi, the second release candidate of Apache UIMA Ruta v3.0.0 is ready for voting.
This major release provides the functionality of UIMA Ruta 2.8.0 and compatibility to UIMA 3. This major release is not compatible with UIMA v2. An upgrade from UIMA Ruta v2 to this version requires also an update to UIMA v3 of the overall application or Eclipse installation.
