Description: uimacpp-make-sdk.sh simplifies building and testing uimacpp by
automatically downloading and building required 3rd party libraries. Skipping
the build of the UIMA-AS compatible service wrapper makes the script more
useful.
Summary: Modify uimacpp-make-sdk.sh to be used for testing-only or
SDK-building (was: Change standard SDK build to make activemq service an
option)
