Description:
When trying to build on Adopt OpenJDK 14, the build fails with an exception in
the Maven enforcer plugin. Upgrading the plugin to the latest v3 milestone
fixes the issue.
Also, the japicmp plugin fails. Upgrading to the latest version 0.14.3 fixes
the issue.
Finally, there are several Javadoc comments that Java 14 does not like.
