The first svn2git run failed due to an error:
command failed:
git tag -a -m "revert to original location under uima-as" "-rc1" "svn/tags/-rc1"
This tag (and many other rc's) have been deleted but svn2git is replaying the
history and fails due to (I think) bad tag name (-rc1). Restarting svn2git with
--exclude -rc1
