When importing Ruta into Eclipse without having built Ruta on the command line
first, the "SeedLexer" Java class is not found.
This is because the execution of the jflex plugin is disabled in Eclipse.
To avoid this issue, the jflex plugin should be enabled for ruta-core in
Eclipse.
