The issue could be related to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UIMA-6393 -
depending on the order in which scripts import type systems transitively, it
could happen that the resource manager returns cached type systems that are
partially resolved or not resolved at all while at the same time not containing
imports anymore.
