You can have a look at I[Ruta Notebooks|https://github.com/averbis/IRuta].
That's about as much as I can offer at the moment. I imagine that it would be
possible to adapt the IRuta code into a language server that could be used with
e.g. MS Visual Studio Code by someone who is familiar with building Language
Server plugins for MSVSC, who has some Java background, and who has the time
and resources to dig into it.
