**Describe the bug**
The `ManagedCas` and `ManagedJCas` classes have a bug where the managed
(J)CAS instances are not reset if the validator fails. This can lead to
subsequent tests starting with the CAS state set up by the previous test.
**Expected behavior**
Tests should always get a clean CAS.
