Apache UIMA Java SDK incl. uimaFIT, version 3.6.0. Apache UIMA <http://uima.apache.org> is a component architecture and framework for the analysis of unstructured content like text, video and audio data. Since this release, uimaFIT has been integrated into the UIMA Java SDK. uimaFIT is a library that provides factories, injection, and testing utilities for UIMA. This marks the end of uimaFIT as a separate sub-project. The uimaFIT library artifacts continue to exist at the same coordinates and are updated as part of the Java SDK releases. The merge paves the way for further integration of the uimaFIT functionalities into the Java SDK core in future releases.
